SAUSAGE ROLLS- We use a premium beef sausage meat that is wrapped in a light tasting puff pastry. Our sausage rolls won 1st prize in the Tasmanian Bread Show in 2002 .

Our party pies are made with a low fat premium beef mince. Our quiches are made in three varieties: savoury, chicken or spinach. We use a filling made from fresh cream, milk , eggs and seasonings. The savoury quiche are filled with rindless bacon, cheese, tomatoe, capsicum, celery, parsley and onion.
The chicken quiche have chicken, cheese and onion. The spinach quiche are filled with baby spinach leaves, cheese and onion.
