Fancy Fresh Cream Sponges

You have a choice of a plain or chocolate sponge which is cut into two/three layers and filled with jam and fresh cream. The sponge is then covered in fresh cream and decorated. FOR CHILDREN We decorate the sponge with coloured sprinkles around the outside and can put lollies around the top edge on top of the cream dots. Icecream Cakes

Made on the premises by our head pastrycook, our icecream cakes are made from a vanilla icecream which has Cadbury Choc flakes through it. Popular with kids of all ages. Iced or Cream Top Sponges

You have a choice of a plain or a chocolate sponge which is cut in half and filled with jam and fresh cream. The top is then either iced with a fondant icing or has a layer of cream with cream dots around the top edge. We can decorate the sponge with just a birthday message or put an edible image on top. Madiera Cakes

You have a choice of plain or chocolate in the madeira cake. We cover the cake in butter icing and put either choc or coloured sprinkles or flaked chocolate around the outside edge. We then pipe dots around the top edge and can write a message in the middle. Mudcakes

A mud cake is a rich chocolate butter cake that is covered in a chocolate ganache. The ganache is made using chocolate coverture and Pure fresh cream.
