You have a choice of a plain or chocolate sponge which is cut into two/three layers and filled with jam and fresh cream. The sponge is then covered in fresh cream and decorated. FOR CHILDREN We decorate the sponge with coloured sprinkles around the outside and can put lollies around the top edge on top of the cream dots.
