Our Blackforest cakes are made in the true European fashion. They consist of a chocolate sponge cut into 3 layers that is soaked with a kirsh liqueur. The bottom layer is covered with imported cherries. The second layer is fresh cream. The whole cake is then covered with fresh cream and decorated with chocolate sprinkles around the outside and cream dots around the top edge.
