You have a choice of a plain or a chocolate sponge which is cut in half and filled with jam and fresh cream.The top is covered in fresh cream and we pipe cream dots around the top edge. Clear Cellophane is then put around the outside of the cake and we tie a ribbon around it with a bow. The cream dots can be decorated with chocolate swirls or with coloured sprinkles and jam dots.
